Our clients trust us to advise them in relation to some of life’s most important and sensitive situations whether it be moving house, making sure someone is appointed to look after their affairs or making sure that their assets are passed on to the next generation.
Our advice extends beyond legal advice; we will guide you through legal situations with as much support as you require and believe that by having a clear understanding of what is involved, our clients are more likely to be satisfied with the end result.

Our Philosophy
We like to talk and can be easily accessed by telephone, email or in person.
We do not charge a fee simply for finding out whether we can help you or not.
If you are a first time buyer we know how difficult it can be and will do our part to make your first purchase a little easier. As with other clients you will not be charged a fee for an unsuccessful offer for a property.
We have no outside investors and are not answerable to anyone other than the Law Society of Scotland. You are assured of entirely independent advice from us which we regard that as being in your best interests, not those of anyone else.
